Coming to Sellerio · Planned

Every settlement, matched to the rupee.

We're extending Sellerio's GST/TCS reconciliation into full payout matching — every Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho settlement line tied back to the order, return, or deduction it belongs to, with a reason attached to every mismatch.

Illustrative preview of a planned feature — not yet live
TL;DR
  • Matches every settlement line to the order, return, or fee it actually belongs to — not a spreadsheet you re-key by hand.
  • Every mismatch gets a reason and a flag for whether it's worth chasing or better written off.
  • A won dispute writes the recovery straight back into the same settlement record, closing the loop without a second entry.
Why we're building this

Settlement files are unreadable by design

Every marketplace hands you a settlement file that's technically complete and practically useless — hundreds of rows of codes, partial dates, and fee abbreviations that need a translator, not a spreadsheet.

Settlement ingestion

Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho settlement files pulled in and normalised into one shape, automatically.

Planned

Order matching

Every payout line matched against the order, SKU, and return it belongs to — no manual cross-referencing.

Planned

Deduction reasons

Short-pays, RTO fees, and penalty deductions tagged with a reason, not left as an unexplained negative number.

Planned

Recoverable flags

Each mismatch marked as chase-worthy or a likely write-off, so your time goes to disputes actually worth filing.

Planned
Built on data you already have

No second spreadsheet, no re-keying

This isn't a new data source bolted onto Sellerio — it runs on the same orders, returns, and fee data your dashboard already shows. The settlement file gets matched against numbers you can already see, not numbers you have to trust blindly.

FAQ

What we can tell you today

Honest answers about a feature that's planned, not shipped — we'll update this page the moment that changes.

What will reconciliation actually do once it ships?
It will pull in your Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho settlement files, match each line to the order or return it belongs to, and flag anything that doesn't add up with a reason attached — short-pay, RTO fee, penalty, and so on.
How is this different from doing it in Excel today?
Excel can hold the settlement file, but it can't automatically cross-reference it against your real order and return history — that part is manual, error-prone, and usually skipped past the first mismatch. Sellerio already has that order data; reconciliation just joins it in automatically.
Will it run on a schedule, or do I trigger it myself?
Both are planned — an automatic weekly run per connected account, plus a manual "run now" option for whenever a fresh settlement file lands.
What happens when a deduction turns out to be wrong?
Flagged deductions will carry enough evidence (order, return, and invoice references) to support a dispute. When a dispute is won, the recovery gets written back into the same settlement record so your ledger stays in one place.
